Silver Birches Resort

I loved the views, amenities and all of the included perks! They had champagne toasts, smores kits and 2 pools. It was wonderful

Our room was dirty when we arrived. It was the only flaw out of everything. I did have wash the floors on my hands and knees as soon as we got in. Our feet were black as soon as we took our shoes off. I’m not sure if it got dusty during slow season or someone forgot to vacuum and mop when cleaning but they were really really bad. After that though everything was great. Everything else was very clean they just forgot the floors.

Older buildings. AC pretty loud.

Breakfast was fine. Wine social and fire pits were nice.

The room was smaller than expected. I thought our bed would have been made the next morning from house keeping since we stayed two nights but no one came to straighten up our room. There was a buzzing noice all night right above our bed that was extremely annoying and made it hard to sleep. We could not turn on the tv for the two nights no matter how many times we followed the directions. The Dock restaurant had the wrong time for our dinner reservations but luckily got us a table anyway. I had the text with the correct time to show that it wasn’t my mistake.

The restroom smells like urine the entire time we stayed there and the room smells musty.

Breakfast was a tray of food, no hot meals. It was fine though. Coffee, juice, yogurt, fruit and pastry.

Floors in our room were very sticky and slippery. We did report it to the inn keeper.
