La verdad esta increíble a mi novio y a mi nos encanto, Daniela se porto súper bien y estuvo al pendiente, se los recomiendo mucho,

Sink smelled bad water was leaking from the sink, restroom didn’t flush properly

spacious room, calm surroundings, close to the lagoon with a beautiful pooton where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets, easy access to one of the main road with restaurants and bars, friendly and available staff

We slept in an other place in Bacalar before the Royal Palm so we can easily compare. We were waiting for a cosier room and terrace. You have the strict minimum on the terrace : 2 chairs and a small table (not enough to play cards and put some food and drinks on to). Same in the room, there's a sofa but no coffee table so we took chairs from outside to chill inside along the window... The bathtub looks nice but there's not a lot of hot water and pressure so you can't really use it. Soap and shampoo are cheap, actually it's the same soap for both. For the price we were waiting for better standing.

The property was in the perfect location to access the lagoon. The room was huge and adequate for 3 adults sharing. The staff were friendly and the room was cleaned daily
