Cherokee Mountain log Cabins

Very cozy, warm and very inviting.

Nothing loved every part of it.

It was the easiest check in ever, just stopped at a location right at the gate got the code and info about the room and went in no hassel at all!

There were no complaints at all about the room. It was quiet and easily accessed from parking we had no issues at all with the property. Thank you for the wonderful stay

We enjoyed the quiet area and the large jacuzzi tub was so relaxing.

The location

This is the second time we have stayed there and the first time there were a few wasps in the cabin which we could deal with because it wasn’t very many but this time there was an infestation of yellow jackets and I mean I killed probably 30 of them crawling all over the floors on the walls You had to watch where you stepped, especially in the mornings when you got up my fiancé stepped on one and it stung her right before we were getting ready to go out to eat and there is a sign in the bathroom that says basically don’t complain about the bugs because you are in a remote area. There was no good way to get a hold of anyone to assist. If you go to the place that looks like the office there is no one there and they don’t respond to messages and when I complained afterwards, when I finally got a message through Booking.com, they refused to accept. There was any yellow jackets in the cabin, and refused to refund anything or compensate anything at all, and was rude about it. Don’t stay at this place! and I live on a 300 acre ranch in the middle of the woods but I do not have a bug infestation in my house of any kind so that’s no excuse!

It beautiful out side. But when you go in it had wasps come in the window. When we told them about they said they can’t do anything, they gave us wasps spray. I husband is allergic to them.
