They dont change linen or clean room or provide pots and pans etc didnt check to see if appliances were fully functional. Laundry was dirty. check in time is not 11am its closer to 3pm. you can only book in increments of 7 days. this needs to be highlighted

the price they force you to pay to spend your time killing roaches every half hour, as well as the ones crawling on you while you sleep, fighting with maintenance trying to force themselves in your room without notice to fix a bathroom doorknob is invasion of privacy and not an emergency. then them booking room they don't have a intentionally screwing up your schedule.

Nothing! They put me out of my room. I paid up front for 30 days. Only stayed 6 days, the reason was because I didn’t accept the answers to their questions. I also questioned their professionalism. I want my money back!

My room wasn't clean when it was supposed to. When I tried to renew for another week the website wasn't working so that did ot over the phone and the money came out, the lady told me I could sign the paper another day but when I got there I was locked out ad it was after hours and couldn't stay that night.

My booking was suppose to be at 11 but I had to wait until 2:30. But they did upgrade my room. Other than that, the room was really clean and comfortable. Stat was friendly.

I wish they would have more toiletries. There were no towels or rags provided, just a towel as a mat for the shower and a small bar of soap.
