"Reverse discrimination, rat in room washers and dryers broken, play favorites"

Price

Unfair treatment bc I was white. Mgr showed favoritism and then when I btold them there was a rat in my room they did not compensate nor move me. Put me in old room not yet upgraded but let others in upgraded rooms.

The second room but I feel like I was over charged

I booked 2 rm and they were identical but the first one was not up to par and some how they booked me the first room with my last name so I lost out on the cheapest and had to settle for the booking with the correct order my name was supposed to been booked for correctly

"I checked out early and wasn’t refunding my money for the days I wouldn’t there."

Nothing

Everything. The room had a foul odor. The sink didn’t work, bathroom sink didn’t drain nor the shower. The fridge wasn’t working properly and when I went to check out they wouldn’t refund me for the days I wasn’t staying.
