"Horrible place for big families"

Nothing at all about this was worth it period!

The staff swore at me and my wife because there was no air conditioning for the first 3 days we were there and ontop of that all the facilities accept the big pool were not open and the beds were extremely uncomfortable we have been to florida 8 years in a row and never experienced anything like and after all that they accused us of breaking a pool rail which we have photos the day we left and it was still attached in the same shape we left it and they are trying to keep our deposit so I recommend anywhere else but there.

Amazing house! Very comfortable and clean. Only problem is just the WiFi. Need a internet home not a hotspot. Still amazing spot

The good; Great location, very big with lots of space for everyone, pretty clean other than the weird worms by the big sliding door, plenty of toilet paper & paper towels, dishwasher pods and laundry pods provided. The kids loved the pool, and the onsite splash pad was great for younger kids. The bad; a lot of things were damaged or broken. The sliding doors handle was broken off when we arrived along with pizza box and broken water toy out front. Place didn’t match the pictures, houses have all been repainted the same color which I feel should have been mentioned just to make it easier to find. A lot of the decorations were missing. The trash bin was dirty and they did not take our trash the whole time we were there, the pots in the kitchen were all scratched up, not really an adequate amount of silverware, the couch was broken, WiFi didn’t work most of our stay, the pool was cold. Overall it is a great place for families and we were impressed with how quickly they responded to our complaints a handyman came and fixed the door and lock the second day we were there.

"Nice place but absolutely no help when we had a problem that we brought to everyone attention"

Great value good size good location

There was absolutely NO INTERNET so no tv or kids couldn’t play on there tablet couldn’t do and work. I asked several people both with the resort and wonderland vacation properties and I got no answer or answer that made absolutely no sense. They definitely didn’t feel or help the situation
