Marvelous 4 Bedroom w/ Pool @ Festival Resort 197

It was spacious for my family.

The microwave and Ice maker didn’t work. They had a furniture delivery during our stay. They also charged 40 dollars for towels.

It was nice to have a splash pool option and a resort option as well.

1st- although the house was spacious, they leave you with one towel and no wash clothes for your entire stay, therefore, bc we used our towels over and over, they were used and then they charged us for the towels being “stained” even though they were just used and would come clean with a washing! They leave no detergents for you to wash them before you leave and the detergents (for dishes)that they do leave are so generic that they do not even produce soap suds and clean correctly!! 2nd- the entire house we stayed in had dog hair here and there, but the patio furniture was completely covered in dog hair! Thinking that we would just deal with it, didn’t say anything, but then when I called to question about the towel fee, I mentioned this and they said well you didn’t call and say anything then, so too bad! 3rd- when we did go to the pool, very large amounts of kids were there with only 1 or 2 parents and no one corrected their behavior which was over the top… no supervision at all! 4th- when I did speak to the representative after our stay to discuss the charges, she was very rude and had a “right back at’cha” attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager (which I highly doubt the manager is answering the phones) but then when I asked to speak tot the manager above her, she said he wasn’t in and (Bruno was his name) but Bruno never had hours and just came and went when ever he wanted. And lastly, they advertise all of their facilities being open, and they are not! And the ones that are (like mini golf) are only available for the equipment when office hours are… so they close at 5!! So much for evening activities!! Do not stay here!!!!

it was practical.. lots of room for all of us. kids loved the Harry Potter room.

found a couple of roaches. not infested.. one was dead.. so they are clearly working on the issue.. but was disconcerting

Such a beautiful house! It was mostly clean and neat, all appliances were provided and the swimming pool was great

the sofa were not very clean and comfortable plus we weren’t able to get the swimming pool heated because I came to know after I booked the property that I have to request 4 days minimum which wasn’t possible because we spent most of the days outside and we had only 2 days to enjoy staying in the property but other than that, everything was great
