Konumu harikaydı. Kyoto tren istasyonuna sadece 1 durak mesafede. Bambu ormanlarına aktarma yapmadan 25 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Şehir merkezine de oldukça yakın olduğu icin taksiyle de rahatça ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Odalar temizdi. Otel binasında bulunan restaurantlar sayesinde yemeğinizi rahatça yiyebilirsiniz.

Odalardaki terliklerin kullan at terliklerden olmasını tercih ederdim.

Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, mit dem Zug ist man in zwei Minuten am Hauptbahnhof (Kyoto Station). Viele Restaurants im Haus und in der Nähe - für jeden Geschmack und jeden Geldbeutel. Sehr sauberes Hotel, hoher Service in allen Bereichen. Im Haus gibt es eine Dachterrasse und ein kleines Onsen, hier kann es manchmal voll werden. Das Frühstück ist absolut reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Super!

駅から近く、移動にすごく便利な立地でした。また、部屋も館内全てが清潔で心地良かった。

これまでに３回利用してきましたが、これまで道路側の部屋で浴室付でしたが、今回は市場側の部屋でシャワー室となり同じ料金なのに狭い部屋であったことが残念でした。

Hotel moderno con camere spaziose ed ottimi servizi come l'onsen grande con sauna ed una colazione con ampia scelta occidentale e giapponese. A pochi passi dalla linea ferroviaria e fermata autobus. Comodissimo anche il kombini sotto l'albergo. Infine dal tetto è possibile godere del panorama sulla città

Good location. Children’s park across the street. Hotel is close the train station and Kyoto Aquarium. There is a footbridge that directly connects the hotel to the train station. Spa is great. Breakfast is excellent. Several restaurants are located in the hotel and there is a kombini nearby. Nice rooftop view of Kyoto.

There were some spots that were dusty in the room and despite reporting it and asking the staff to clean it properly, it remained dusty until we checked out.
