Staff were so kind and helpful, extremely clean with great housekeeping and everything maintained to an extremely high standard. Soa was a great bonus after a long day of sight seeing. One stop from the main Kyoto station making it accessible. Big rooms for japan as well. Great stay.

Very convenient, well connected location. Generously sized common areas, it never felt crowded, despite the relatively high hotel occupancy rate. Good room size (for Japanese standards) with flawlessly operating central AC. Well equipped and maintained Onsen... we enjoyed it daily (few users between 6 and 7 AM). Rich and generous breakfast. Restaurant options (GF).

Orange juice (breakfast) quality could be better Too little clothes hanging points and hangers in the room.
