房間超大，即使是兩個人也有一整層客廳+2樓房間 非常日式風格很喜歡 房間該有的都有，只需自備牙刷（員工也很熱心會提醒）

隔音確實比較差，可能是離酒吧太近了，但我們沒有被影響到睡的很香

Really excellent location! Muji food shop in the mall (yum!). One stop from Kyoto train station. Light sleepers should know that it's right in a shopping street with many restaurants and hence it gets loud in the evenings and louder on weekends. Very clean and friendly cleaner.

The kitchen set-up is challenging for cooking as it is oddly split due to lack of space and hence there is a lack of room to prepare food. The internet connection was horrific and communication with the administration had room for improvement (slow or no responses). Some (little!) mold in the bathroom (ceiling).

Excellent good location , spacious, comfortable , clean. Want to go back again :)

Upstairs are not proper for older people, Older should better sleep downstairs. But it is ok because there are plenty of bed. And the house has many rooms and very big.

位置：这个房子旁边就是山科JR和山科地下铁的站点，走路3分钟就可以到，交通非常方便。 大小：这次我们一家5个人入住，1楼客厅很大，足够坐得下，楼上两个房间，一边住3人，一边住2人，卧室空间也非常宽裕。 室内情况：房间非常干净，房东有精心打扫，餐具配置丰富，我们自己也做了一些烹饪，完全没有问题。 超预期的地方： 1.价格非常实惠，能在如此便利的位置、入住这样大小/品质的房间，十分划算。 2.房内有很多小朋友的玩具，比如拼图、积木等等，我们家5岁的小朋友非常喜欢玩，让我们省了很多精力。

可能会遇到的不便情况： 1.第一天到达的时候是晚上，找房遇到了一些困难，最后的拐角小路很多，很容易进错路，需要特别注意。房东最好在小路拐角那里更新下配图，或者添加夜间的一些标志物。 2.室内wifi基本只能文字聊天，网速比较慢，还是要靠自己的手机流量，不能太依赖wifi。 3.旁边居酒屋晚上会有一些噪音，对我影响倒不大，如果睡眠对噪音非常敏感的话需要注意。

The location, is so close to yamashina JR and other lines. Only 1 station away to Kyoto station. Easy to go around Kyoto, Uji, Fushimi Inari, and around. Nearby has supermarket, uniqlo, gu, stores and restaurants, very convenient. The host was easy to communicate with, clear direction.
