Apricot Pension

The staff were just amazing. Grace (owner) was warm and friendly with every encounter, and when my son was unwell with Asthma , Grace prioritized his care, calling clinics to assist us with translation etc. Peter drove us to the Dr's, he was concerned and helpful taking us to the pharmacy afterwards. I cannot remember the young blonde staff members name, but she was fun and always genuinely happy and chatty. I loved 'May'...this lady was very special, always helpful, always smiling and chatty and one day when I really needed it, she just knew and gave me a hug - you have no idea how much that lifted me up that day May...thank you! For the staff alone I will return to Apricot Pension. 10/10

I could not fault my stay at the pension. A 10-15 min walk into 'Echo Land' the main drag (where the shops and restaurants are) but we loved the snowy walk and snowballing fun along the way. We were warm, comfortable, and well cared for from the start of our stay to the waves goodbye in our Uber back to the station.

We had the most amazing stay over Christmas in Apricot Pension. The host and all the staff were so warm, welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The shuttle for the ski field is a 1 minute walk from the hotel and the room was perfect for relaxing in after a day on the slopes with a comfortable bed and a projector for watching movies. The lodge also had a gorgeous fire that was lit each night. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and it was only a 10/15 minute walk to restaurants, bars and shops.

It’s so cosy! Clean and big rooms, en suite toilet was well equipped! Went during winter, and the whole cottage was surrounded by snow - such a vibe! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was super delicious! Thanks for the pickup and drop off at the bus station!

I loved this little Pension, warm welcoming, a quick walk to town, a nice brekky each day- 3 of us shared a room and it was very comfortable. Also we enjoyed the projector in the room for watching movies.

Handmade, delicious and healthy. They were very kind about dietary restrictions (dairy and gluten).

It's homey but not like a lux hotel stay. Depends what you're looking for. This one is very popular so they could expand as sometimes the equiptment room for ski gear was very tight.
