Apricot Pension

Thank you for the warm hospitality of all the staff and the excellent service, which made our first visit to Hakuba truly memorable. Our children thoroughly enjoyed playing in the snow in front of the hotel and just outside our room window. We were also very pleased with the hotel’s surroundings, which allowed us to comfortably explore the area on foot. The shuttle service to the ski resort was extremely convenient, located just a one-minute walk from the hotel. We would certainly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Hakuba.

Grace and the staff were amazing , clean room and comfortable beds

Location is a little out of the way from downtown Echoland but the shuttle goes from practically out the front.

The staff made the stay great. They were helpful and communication was immediate even before arrival. I got information about travel and ski rentals They provide shuttle service for 800yen a person which I think is reasonable for transportation anywhere in Hakuba.

The location is a bit far from Happo One and at least 10 min walk to the nearest restaurant. The main city area near the bus station is too far to walk.

The staff were very friendly and the vibes are really homely. Facilities are clean enough.

The door for the rooms are quite low in height but passable.

The warmth of Apricot Pension was incredible - not just in temperate but in how the hosts and staff are. We felt very comfortable and looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and big enough for my teenage sons and I to rest after skiing. Grace a Gefii were amazing hosts and even joined in a couple of days of my push up challenge to raise awareness for mental health and preventative measures through movement. So great! Dinner was an optional extra provided in house, which we enjoyed a couple of nights during our stay and these meals were amazing.
