The room was spacious and comfortable.

The only complaint is the ac in the room was not blowing as cold as I would like.

The room and hotel were immaculate, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the sitting area in the king standard room; it provided a comfortable space to relax in our room.

I have called this hotel several times requesting a manager to call me back regarding unauthorized charges of over $300 on my account. I never made a reservation under my name, never stayed at this hotel, and never signed any documents authorizing these charges. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, nobody has been willing to help or provide answers. The lack of customer service and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Instead of helping resolve a serious billing issue, I was treated poorly and ignored. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before staying here.

I booked my room directly through the Hyatt website, which was very easy to use. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional, kind, and responsive. I was able to communicate with the staff via text message, and they started a text thread with me before I even arrived! I didn't partake in the free breakfast due to my intermittent fasting schedule, but the hours for it seemed very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again!
