I loved this Hotel! The view is breathtaking!

Food was excellent! Staff were great.

I hate hate hate paper napkins (there used to be real napkins and tablecloths)! Standards have dropped. They should stop people who enter the dining area willy nilly and grab any table they like (usually wearing a tee shirt and flip flops).

We had a room with pool which was lovely, the fine dining restaurant was excellent food and value. Christina serves here and we did the wine tasting event and she was exceptional. Genuinely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The views are fantastic and the place is very relaxing.

The beach has a river running into it and lots of sediment collects in the beach which makes it feel dirty. The water is crystal clear most of the time though and is a minor issue.

I liked the location, it was quiet and peaceful. The beach was nice, there were enough sunbeds and the room was comfortable. The food was exceptionally good, I didn’t have one thing that was not delicious and there were so many options to choose from, one of the best buffets I’ve ever seen.

I didn’t appreciate the room description on booking.com, I opted for room with a seaview but was actually placed in a room with limited seaview, the photo in the description didn’t include a big flat roof just outside of the balcony. More transparency would be better. The towels were changed every day which wasn’t necessary.

Excellent location and breakfast, competent staff

When my daughter requested a deep tissue massage, she was told that it was for big men- a very sexist response. She paid $80 for a superficial massage. When she complained after the massage, she was offered a 20 minute deep tissue massage for the next day, which she accepted and enjoyed. This is unacceptable and very poor business practice. She should have been given what she requested initially and given a full hour the next day to make up for the unacceptable first massage.
