position, quality/price ratio, presence of plenty of space for parking, checkin and check-out procedures EXTREMELY smart and lean, ideal for a "veteran" staying at the ring and not willing to spend a lot of money

the bathroom furniture is somewhat "small"...especially the sink: some up-scaling of the furniture be welcome (maybe when the actual equipment will become obsolete ;-) )
