Inchecken vanaf 17:00 ik was wat vroeg en keek of het mogelijk was vanaf 16:30. Geen reactie eigen schuld te vroeg wacht netjes een half uur. Even na 17:00 weer geprobeerd via bericht van Booking.com.... geen reactie, nogmaals bellen geen reactie, via WhatsApp, geen reactie....... Na het restaurant gelopen wat er tegen over ligt, hun bellen, geen reactie. Dit schijnt bij zeer grote regelmaat voor te komen 3 tot 4 keer per week werd mij verteld. En ja dan toch reactie, 2 minuten voor 7. Belachelijk. Ga ook zeker mijn kosten terug vragen en bij dit hotel kom ik nooit meer.

"Sehr erholsam und schön."

Die Lage direkt unter der Nürburg, nur wenige Km vom Nürburgring entfernt war super. Das Zimmer in dem alten Haus war hervorragend neu hergerichtet. Sauber, funktionell und wie erwünscht. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Hotelbetreibern, auch wenn alles mit SMS und Textnachrichten von statten ging.

Es war ein Oldtimer Wochenende und leider haben einige ihre alten Renner auch Nachts sehr laut im Dorf gefahren.

Close to the circuit

Worst room ever.. but walking distance to the circuit.. I paid 370 euros for one night.. it was worth 30 euros

"Would check which room I have before booking again."

Location is great for the Nurburgring and there is a fantastic family restaurant across the courtyard. Easy check in.

Last week I had a fantastic stay but this week our room was not great. Squeezed layout, very noisy floorboards and the fan in the room was noisy, ineffective and dangerous. The heat in the room left us with a lack of sleep ahead of a 12 hour journey. I could have lived with the layout and floor, but to supply a stuck hot in a room because of a €20 fan is not good.

Very clean rooms, very good location. Would stay again for our visit to the ring.

Just a recommendation maybe to get a kettle or a coffee machine in the rooms.

"Right next to the castle"

Location was incredible, room was simple and very clean, bed was comfortable and the restaurant in the same courtyard area was amazing food and service. Overall was good value for money when you just need somewhere to sleep and shower.

Shower curtain looked and smelled super mouldy so not the best. Also didn’t know it was going to be a metal staircase outside to get to our room as I’m disabled and it took me a while to climb up. The doors and decor are a bit rough. Might need doing up.
