Pelican Motel

You could tell that everything in the rooms had been recently updated. It was very clean. I would stay there again.

Loved this little hotel. Its nothing fancy just clean and safe. It had everything we needed for our stay with the dog. The managers were very helpful.

Loved this place. A true gem. And our dog was allowed, which was wonderful.

Very friendly management. Room was upgraded nicely. Only slight negative was using the TV. It was an internet-type, which made it difficult to find local news programs.

The owner was very nice and helped me find some more quirky things to find (the pelicans). They have renovated it so the google image is very old photo. The only thing i would suggest is a small table or ironing board so can play cards/games.

The air conditioning made a loud noise all night. That's my only complaint.

What a cute little gem! The room was clean, updated and the staff was friendly. The decor was cute and inviting, and our room had a microwave and a fridge. I would absolutely stay again. It's nice supporting a local family, not a big chain corporation.

Nicely updated for the price.

It was close to Maplewood State Park, and they also had good directions to the large Pelican.
