The staff were ALL very kind and considerate. The facility is very well maintained. We’ve stayed here once a year since it opened and it hasn’t changed a bit. Great location with good food close by. Safe and secure area with tribal security patrolling visibly. Love this place!

Spacious room, clean, but the best part was the friendly staff. A highlight: my family missed breakfast by 10 min and the woman working the front desk opened it back up for us.She said that no “babies should go hungry.” This made my day! So appreciative of her kindness.

Tub had trouble draining, beds weren’t as comfortable as I’d like.

Kindest front desk staff, cleaning staff and even maintenance guy! This was a last second trip with my children and everyone made this experience much more fun for them. Can’t wait to come back.

"In room coffee joke"

The property was fine, but seriously, Marriott, this is NOT what coffee is meant to look like. I had a suite night award, so I had a coffee pot in room. Prepackaged coffee. Only used 4 cups water, figuring it wouldn't be wise to dilute it much, but seriously. It was almost clear. Throw away this crap and get your guests what their loyalty merits.

"My new place to stay in Albuquerque"

The hotel staff was very helpful in making the reservation and assisting me w/ a requested accommodation. Even nicer in person upon check in. Room was wonderful- spacious and bed very comfy. Location is great, clean and safe- neat little restaurants/bar within walking. Looking forward to passing through again that way sometime in the future .

No issues with our stay; a little strange that the water in the shower wouldn't get more than just "warm" but it was an ADA room and perhaps that is a safety consideration even thought we hadn't requested it. Other than that, great place, great room, great location for us. Fantastic stay. A very quiet place.

We were traveling cross country. New facility. Pet friendly and has great grassy pet area in back. Easy to access and friendly staff. We are very experienced Bonvoy members and know the different levels. The parking lot has 24 hour security although neighborhood looks fine.
