Love how peaceful the hotel was. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel owners were lovely to interact with. Love the private baths and food.

"Best stay of our trip. Amazing food! Don’t miss out."

The photos don’t do this place justice. It was our top stay of the trip. The onsen is amazing, so authentic. The beds are super comfy, rooms spacious. The people that run it are amazing. I’m vegan, and without hesitation the chef prepared me a four course meal I will never forget. It was amazing. I can’t rate this place highly enough, loads of great walks in the area. Will definitely come again. Absolutely superb!

A bit out of the way - you need a car. Lovely hosts and nice Ryokan experience. Close to Kamakochi which is what we wanted.

Meals are excellent.　Hot spring is also good.　Location is nice. In winter, the snow covered field for walking is pleasant, with beautiful surrounding 3000 m-high mountains.
