Had a great experience staying here. Amy and Liz at the front desk were most pleasant and helpful. In fact, we had mistakenly made a reservation for the day prior to our arrival. Amy took care of the problem and all was resolved to the satisfaction of all. Both were extremely courteous and helpful and will definitely stay here again on out next trip through.

Lindale location is very convenient for going into Tyler. Make sure that you get a room on the non-highway side of the building. Nice, clean, quiet and very pleasant helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

May 01/26 I have experienced God's benevolence firsthand. Today, I encountered significant challenges while searching for accommodations, having begun my search at 5:30 PM. Despite the onset of nightfall, I persisted, but unfortunately, every hotel was fully booked due to a local event. A chance visit to Starbucks proved fortuitous, as a kind-hearted woman provided valuable directions. Although the next hotel I visited was also fully booked, I had one last option in reserve, which, for safety reasons, I shall not disclose. Fortunately, two compassionate young ladies, Priscilla and Elizabeth, ( from desk) noticed my fatigue and distress after driving from New Mexico to Texas, nearly reaching Louisiana. They selflessly offered me accommodation, insisting that I would not have to spend the night in my vehicle or on the streets. Their kindness was truly remarkable, and I am grateful for their generosity. Indeed, it is evident that God often places angels in my path. Also I meet next day the Housekeepers Alejandra , and Maria .. kind and professional.. the room was amazing beautiful and clean. The next morning I meet Adriam in the breakfast buffet, he also was very nice and professional .I’m the Chef !! This food was delicious, and they have everything , with all the food safety standards . I check out with Amy ( from desk ) She also was very nice and professional! I will come back again one day ! 🙏❤️❤️❤️ Thank you, Veronica 👩‍🍳💕
