Very clean. No highway noise in our room, even though we faced a busy interstate. Very good breakfast options.

This hotel met all our expectations. It was very clean. We noticed that we couldn't even hear the interstate traffic. ( Very nice)The check-in and checkout went smoothly. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the coffee was excellent.

We travel between Louisiana and Texas on a regular basis to see family. We made a last minute reservation due to a storm. The hostesses were very courteous and helpful. I did not get their names. Amy was excellent at the front desk the next morning, very friendly and courteous, as well. Room and hotel was very clean. The breakfast was much better than most continental breakfasts, especially the potatoes with roasted peppers, thanks to Andre, the cook. They serve freshly ground coffee options. We will be back.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lindale on a trip from Virginia to Austin, TX. The hotel is located close to the freeway, which made it very convenient for those who are travelling through the area. However, it was still very quiet in our rooms. The room was basic, but nice with a small fridge, coffeemaker with pods, a large tiled shower. The bed was very comfortable, and IHG hotels always have four pillows on each bed--two that are firm and foam, and two that are soft, which gives you a choice. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. There were pancakes that you could make, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, bagels & English muffins, muffins, yogurt & toppings, and oatmeal with toppings. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
