Location was convenient for travel to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was located in downtown Sevierville with walking distance to great shops and restaurants. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

It's in a great location but unfortunately also makes for a noisy night stay.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. Every room was spacious and comfortable.We enjoyed our time and we’ll definitely recommend it for a family visiting the area.

Our suite was cozy as well as spacious! Beautifully restored. Perfect location for attending the Blooming BBQ and music fest. Loved it. Already planning to return in the fall. Thank you!

The bathroom sink was a bit challenging for me since I'm not very tall, but really, that's so minor.

We loved staying in this beautiful hotel. It was close to Dollywood but out of the chaos that is Pigeon Forge. It was clean, well decorated and spacious. Loved the free parking and right downtown to walk with plenty of options to eat.

I wish we had a queen or king bed and two twins in the bedrooms. The full bed was a bit small and the other bedroom had a daybed/trundle so not super useful and would not be equitable if two couples were staying. Small showers. Huge kitchen and living area. This would not deter me from coming again but something to think about if it's 4 adults.

Location, accessibility, modern

Sink faucets never really got hot, the noise level of individuals staying above me was very loud and so easy to hear. It was very disturbing well into the night especially with a 5 month old who is a light sleeper. I didn’t like that we had to take our own trash out to the dumpster before checking out.
