Our stay at the New Hotel Collection Smoky Mountains was absolutely wonderful, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional care we received from Miss Carla and Kathy. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. Their warm personalities, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. Whether we needed recommendations, assistance, or just a friendly smile, they were always there with genuine kindness and outstanding customer service. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and everything about our stay felt effortless thanks to the attention to detail from the staff. 2nd time visiting, still love it so much. The 1st time was my 29th Anniversary, this time my 55th Birthday. Kathy is very sweet, she called us on the way to make sure we were okay and soon as we arrived, we didn't have to tell her who we were, she had room keys ready to go. We checked in less tham 10 minutes. I love it visiting here. The New bHotel Collection is definitelyvon my ticktock.

Stayed here for a business trip and the room was amazing! 10/10 would recommended and will definitely be staying again. Also so convenient there’s a restaurant and coffee shop downstairs

What a beautiful hotel! The room was modern, classy, and clean. It was the perfect place to reconnect with friends in a quiet space. We opened our window and had the perfect view of the courthouse all lit up. Gorgeous! Definitely will be booking again!!

We had an amazing experience at the central hotel! Bhumi was amazing with helping us book our stay and giving us recommendations. The rooms are very roomy which was perfect for our business trip! Very clean and well kept property! Plus it’s walkable to so many restaurants which was a plus! Check out the coffee shop next door! It was a favorite!

Great hotel. Amazing staff! Close to eveything. Comfy beds, spacious suites with washer and dryer. Clean and quiet.
