"Nice, but has some drawbacks"

6.0

In an area that is full of people everywhere you go, we loved that the size of this hotel was small. No long waits at the elevator seems like a small thing but it really was nice at the end of the day. The location was also nice being just off of the parkway and walking distance to great places to eat and the Dolly Parton Statue and mural. We are in a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms. The en-suite in the primary bedroom was very poorly designed. The shower is the size of a phone booth and the water comes straight down from a fixture on the ceiling the other bathroom also was the water fixture c ok Ming from the ceiling as well but the size of the shower is average in size. But back to the design of the en-suite bath…the space for the toilet is very cramped….if you sit, your knees will be close to the wall in front of you, if not touching and if you stand, your back could quite literally be against the wall. What is puzzling is the on the other side of the bathroom wall is a HUGE walk-in closet. The closet is just a lot of wasted space with one bar at the very back of the closet with 6-8 permanent hangers attached. Making the bathroom larger would have been a much better use of the space. Noise is the biggest complaint we have though. The unit has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout so the sound just bounces around the rooms and amplifies. So when one person is up, everyone is up. The ice machine and microwave are at the opposite end of the unit from the bedrooms but even with the door closed sounds like it is on the other side of the door. The noise from outside is easily heard as well including traffic, sirens, voices, and the 4:30-5:00am garbage truck. The unit appeared very clean until I wiped up a spill on the floor and my white cloth turned a dark gray. The mattresses were comfortable enough but the cotton sheets had trouble staying on the corners of the bed as is typical in many hotels. There were 4 pillows on each bed but no variety in firmness, so you either like the pillows or don’t. Lastly, the parking…located close to the building entrance but many guests seem to have trouble with the narrow, slanted spaces further limiting the already limited parking — which you are charged $30/day for upon check-in. So we were charged $270 + taxes & fees for our 7 day timeshare booking. Bottom line this is nicer than a hotel, but with so many timeshare options in the area, we would likely stay elsewhere when we return to the area.

"Christmas in Sevierville"

10.0

The staff was very friendly during check-in and out. Condo was so clean and very well maintained. Took us by surprise and it was a hidden gem. We needed help with our fireplace, Bhumika helped us fix fireplace and dryer in the condo. We will definitely be back at this property.

Restaurant was good. I'm not a coffee drinker so I didn't go in the coffee shop. But the room we had was quite large.

Only problem was my bedroom didn't have a TV.

"Overnight getaway"

10.0

Great location to be out of the hustle and bustle of PF or Gatlinburg. Beautiful condo (4405) and very comfortable. The morning sunrise view was remarkable. We looked through cabinets for kitchen use and didn’t see much cookware but not an issue if you don’t intend to cook. Mika Patel was our host for check in and out. She was extremely nice and helpful.
