"Beware of Billing Fraud"

BEWARE of BILLING FRAUD. Avoid staying at this location!!! They gave me an invoice for 235.04 but billed 502.56 to my credit card. The receptionist Paula refused to give me a receipt that showed what was actually billed plus any holds for incidentals. She said it was not her problem and she would not help. Now I will need to do a charge back. I am a platinum member, and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from IHG. They have a fraud scheme at this hotel. CUSTOMERS BEWARE

The location and cleanliness were great for us. Heather was great when we weee checking in

I think it’s a stretch to call Toast to Toast a restaurant. There’s a very limited menu and we couldn’t even get a burger because they were out of them so we went to Cracker Barrel
