It was a great stay! The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the stay is very comfortable. Special praise to the front desk, Williams, for his excellent service attitude and warm hospitality. He checked in and checked out very quickly, patiently answered all our questions, and gave a lot of practical travel advice. His professionalism and care made us feel at home and really added a lot to our stay! I will definitely choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends! From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was vibrant and playful, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The WOW Suite was an experience in itself, featuring a private mahjong game room adorned with panda-themed artwork, a separate dining area, and a spacious living room with an oversized panda plushie that added a touch of whimsy. The Fantastic Suite carried the same stylish energy, with sleek modern interiors and a signature swing chair, complete with W Chengdu’s unique panda pillow. Every detail felt carefully curated to reflect the city’s creative and dynamic spirit. Beyond the suites, the indoor pool and sauna provided a tranquil retreat, while the fully equipped gym ensured that balance could be maintained after indulging in Chengdu’s culinary scene. The hotel’s dedication to wellness and relaxation was evident in every space, from the shimmering waters of the infinity pool to the soothing ambiance of the AWAY Spa. Dining at W Chengdu was a highlight. ZING offered an impressive fusion of Southeast Asian and Sichuan flavors, with bold spices and innovative dishes that showcased the best of both cuisines. The Living Room transitioned seamlessly from a relaxed daytime lounge to a buzzing social space, with an eclectic cocktail menu and a lively atmosphere. As the night progressed, SPARK rooftop bar became the place to be, starting as an elegant hangout spot before transforming into an energetic nightlife destination with DJs and an electric ambiance. Located in the heart of the Gaoxin district, W Chengdu is more than just a hotel—it’s a dynamic hub where design, music, and culinary creativity come together. Whether for a short stay or a longer escape, every moment here feels effortless, indulgent, and full of personality.

Stay for 2 nights. Enjoy it throughly! Room was spacious, clean and well appointed - separate toilet cubicle, wall-in wardrobe and separate shower area. Location was acceptable and adjourning to a shopping center. Hotel service was good and friendly. Breakfast was good, but selection can be improve.

You personally came to greet us and even presented us with a stunning bouquet of flowers, which we loved so much that we brought it with us to The Ritz-Carlton. You ensured that every detail of our stay was perfectly arranged, making us feel deeply honored to have chosen your hotel. During the evening cocktails, you personally came to attend to us before bidding us farewell as we departed for home. This gesture of kindness and warmth made us feel exceptionally cared for during our stay. Next, we would like to thank Marcus, Welcome Experience Manager, who oversaw our check-in process and gave us a flawless welcome at the Club Lounge. He even escorted us to our room, where a delightful surprise awaited us. When we opened the door, the first thing that caught our attention was the array of welcome amenities, beautifully set up. To our amazement, the room was adorned with photos of the two of us. Every picture and every story of ours had been thoughtfully displayed, making us feel so special. That moment left us both thrilled and incredibly touched. Marcus continued to impress us right up until our check-out. Even at the final moment, as our car drove past the hotel gates, we saw him standing and waving goodbye until we were out of sight. Unfortunately, we couldn’t roll down the window in time to wave back, but that image of Marcus sending us off remains deeply ingrained in our hearts. As for your ladies' team, they were equally exceptional in taking care of us with warmth and professionalism. Every time we encountered them in the various dining venues, they seemed to know us so well and provided service that left a lasting impression. This includes: Ms. Crystal, Spark Coach Ms. Jenny, Spark Manager Ms. Candice, Director of Food and Beverage We hope they know how much happiness and admiration we felt through this email. As the festive Christmas season approaches, filled with love and joy, we wish everyone at your hotel the same happiness we experienced during our stay with you. Lastly, we would like to say that had we missed staying at your hotel during this trip, it would have been a tremendous loss. The W Chengdu is incredibly well-designed. The central lobby features stunning LED displays, and the rooms are beautifully crafted, as is the rooftop bar. During the Happy Hour included in the Club Benefits, the drinks are exceptional. Even the still water is Voss, and the cocktails, beer, and wine are of top quality. This hotel truly stands out as a masterpiece in design. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels and hold elite status across multiple chains, including non-loyalty program hotels. This is undoubtedly one of the hotels that has impressed me the most. With love to all of you, ❤️

Employees are great. Room is very nice. Location is nice

But everything is not in high floors (rooms, breakfast, gym) so the views are nice but could be better. Hotel could be more modern

We have stayed at this property many times due to its great location ie easy access from the metro and the great location on Jaiozi avenue.

Beds are rather hard and AC turned low in winter months leading to uncomfortable nights sleep.
