L’appartement est très bien décoré, avec une terrasse, c’est idéal pour visiter Vérone, je recommande sans hésiter.

La procédure d’arrivée, complètement automatique, est un peu lourde

Trotz zentraler Lage wunderbar ruhig! Selten so gut in einer Innenstadt geschlafen.

It was a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location close to everything but far enough away so it was really quiet. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and were also extremely helpful. Perfect base to see the Opera and also to visit Venice for the day.

Great location. Very clean & well set up.

Had instructions to tell them I had arrived so they could set up a video call. Found it difficulty to phone so left an email. They were pleased to acknowledge I’d arrived but didn’t mention the video call. No idea what that was about. I’d prefer a later check out time, as they didn’t have a way of storing cases until later.

Instructions on how to find the apartment and collect the keys were excellent. We found a few minor issues with the apartment which were dealt with by Manuele immediately. The apartment was bigger than expected in a great location
