Walking distance to the city center. Casa di Giulietta and Arena di Verona are only 10mins walking. The property is located in quiet area. Spacious enough for solo traveler. Washing machine is shared facility but while I was there, no one used it so all good. Kitchenware is available if you want to prepare breakfast in the morning and there are some tea bags as well. I love the toaster! Clean bedsheet and shower with the shower amenities. Make sure you bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. Hairdryer and iron are also available in the room. Smooth and easy self check-in as well. If you are coming from the train station, there are plenty of buses to get to the city center, the journey will take around 13mins with buses. I walked from the property to the train station and it took 30mins if you fancy walking.

Quiet spot and yet so close to shopping, The Arena, and sighting seeing spots such as the river, bridges etc. Aircon in bedroom and living area were great and access to the washing machine downstairs was very handy. A very safe/secure apartment.

Previous guests had not returned the key to the safe, so we were unable to use it. However the security of the apt is very good so no major issue. Owner will be fixing this issue.

Cozy apartment in the old historic center of Verona It is within walking distance of every landmark and it is on a quiet street, so you will have the chance to rest after a long day of wandering around, and you won't need to worry about transport.

Some minor smell in the living room when we arrived but they offered to do another cleaning which is a very kind thing to offer.

A small but charming apartment.Clean and equipped with everything you need.The biggest plus is its location in the centre of the old town, 10 minutes walk from all the major sights of Verona.Very easy check in.Very attentive owners and prompt in responding to all messages.We will definitely return.❤️

The apartment was very nice, quite new and clean; it is located in the historical center of Verona and has an authentic charm, but at the same time it is situated in a quiet street. Everything is maximum at a 10-15 minutes distance by foot- historical sites, attractions, cafes and restaurnts. The apartment was well equipped, too. I appreciated that there was an iron. We cooked our meals ourselves several times; there was everything that we needed for it. There was also a small patio on the ground floor, which we've used several times for lunch and coffee. The apartment is situated on the second or the 1st after the ground floor.

The kitchen ventilation had switched on, but wasn't really working for some reason. If you wish to cook something (even if you quickly sauté a piece of chicken breast) this needs to be considered, because it seemed that the smell staid in the room for hours whatever we tried (we couldn't open the second window in the living room). We had to prepare food 2 times because most of the restaurants are closing at 3 pm and stop taking orders even earlier, and re-open at 18.30-19.00 We also do not eat carbs like pizza or sandwiches. Also, according to my daughter the coach in the living room wasn't very comfortable for sleeping. There were a lot of mosquitos in Verona those days, so it would be great if there was something against them in the apartment.
