Nobu Hotel Chicago

Just arrived at Nobu Chicago, and we’re feeling pampered! Excellent service from the valet, front desk and bellman staff. Our bellman, Derrick, is awesome and helped us with our bags and provided us a tour of our beautiful suite’s amenities and description of hotel amenities and services. The view from our suite is spectacular … including the Willis Tower and the City’s pickleball park.

Beautiful visually, lighting is stunning. Beds were extremely comfortable. Personalized note and chocolates upon arrival were a very nice touch. Room we requested was granted.

This is a high end hotel and the costs match that. Given that, we might not choose to stay here every time.

Staying at NOBU Hotel brought ease to my Chicago trip. Wonderful service from Anthony and Gino. Comfortable beds, super clean room and fantastic tub and view of Chicago skyline. In a great neighborhood with a nightlife scene.

We took our mini cavapoo Archie on vacation to Chicago and chose the NOBU because how dog friendly they were. And boy did they deliver! From entering Gino was so kind and amazing. Told us about all the spots that are dog friendly and the dog park near the hotel. Set up the room for Archie with a dog bed and dog water and food bowl. The service was amazing as well as how accommodating they were to Archie. They also allowed him at the main bar with us for a few cocktails! Thank you Gino, NOBU and the team for being amazing. We will be back!

I stayed at Nobu last week for a work trip, overall it was a 5-star experience! The rooms are very industrial yet cozy feeling, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked how the room had a long bench/desk which was great for spreading my things out to get some work done there. The location is also great, tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within the area. Although I didn't have too much time to explore a lot of places. Lastly the staff were all perfect. There was room and wind down service every day without asking, and everyone I interacted with was very professional and friendly!

We had an incredible stay at Nobu Hotel and truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating, but what stood out most was their wealth of knowledge and attention to detail. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they went above and beyond to make it feel special and memorable. A special shoutout to Derrick, the bellman—he was absolutely wonderful. His kindness, professionalism, and warm personality made a lasting impression on us. Thank you to the team at Nobu for creating such a meaningful and unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to come back!
