The landlords are very kind, 2 options of breakfast, very tasty. Roybridge is a small village, a pub nearby where you can have very good evening meals. We liked travelling to different stes: Ben Nevis, Ile of Skye where we made wonderful walks.

Room was tiny but very well equipped. Shower was good. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good,( but was grumpy when couldn't pay for breakfast with cash.) Parking was easy, ground floor room was nice for accessibility.

We didn't have access to the garden or other parts of the house. We assumed breakfast was included by the term B B, but it was only available for an extra fee. Not what we are used to.
