Great place to stay and the only place I will stay hotel wise in Katy! The staff makes you feel right at home and accommodates all of your needs in a timely manner. For example; if your room was missing a spoon then they will bring you a spoon, if you needed an extra towel no problem they got you! It’s very nice to have people treat you like family rather than just another “paying customer” - highly highly satisfied!!

El área tranquila

El personal de la noche de recepción le pedimos dos almohada adicional y el hombre no hizo nada para resolver, y para colmo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien , es muy lamentable que un hotel nuevo relativamente el personal no sepa bregar con situaciones como lo que me paso esa noche 31de diciembre de madrugada eran como la 1 am es mas fue en la habitación 303

Our check-in host was very nice and friendly..She even gave us several restaurants located in the area..

We've experienced roaches in our suite, our a/c would not keep our room cold and house keeping did not make or clean our room properly..
