Studio 6 Katy, Tx

The staff lied to me about my reservation. They said that Booking.com overbooked them because of the hurricane storm, but my reservation was made before the hurricane storm and was confirmed before the storm. After we had driven 5 hours to get there, they said that all the rooms were taken and that our reservation was never confirmed by Studio 6 Katy, Texas, just by Booking.com. So they are telling me that booking a hotel through Booking.com means nothing. We had to drive around looking for a place to stay.

This property appeared to be clean but once in the room there were roaches of all sizes the property did not let you know that animals were allowed so there were dogs barking through the night otherwise everything else was okay.

Terrible storm! Came back from dinner and there was no power! I am handicapped and had to climb up 3 flights of stairs to a hot and dark room! AC finally restored sometime around 3 am!

It was a little run down and there were some sketchy people hanging around.
