The hotel itself was nice looking and perfect area

There was a cockroach walking around the kitchen area, sink and stove top , on top of the fridge. The hallways on the 3rd floor had a foul dirty laundry smell.

The rooms are not clean as they should be and they have roaches!

The location in Katy was great. The check in and check out process was smooth. The room was a decent size.

The room, especially the bathroom was dirty. Hair in the corners of the bathroom and the tub backed up with water because of all the hair in the drain. Disappointed that there weren't any breakfast options but really disappointed that there wasn't even a lobby coffee option for the morning. When I went to the front desk to ask for coffee, she told me we needed to use the coffee makers in the room. When I got back to the room we found that there wasn't a coffee maker in our room. So we just packed up and left. Other annoying things were that the AC unit was so old that all of the lettering was worn off and you could not tell what things were set at. So just had to guess. Only given two towels in the bathroom. A bummer if you want to take evening and morning showers. Also, we had a king room and the king bed only had three pillows to be shared by two people. Weird! Lastly, there were not curtains in the room, only a pull down shade which did not block all of the bright LED parking lot lights. The room was very bright all night.

The quality for money’s worth was nice. Just wasn’t a huge fan of the location since the streets are always congested around it. The streets and the neighbors were a little noisy but not the worst. Overall the place was clean just wished the floor and sheets were a bit more cleaner to feel more comfortable at our stay. But overall was a great stay for the weekend would consider going to another Studio 6 in the future.

I was pleasantly surprise to find a mini stove with pots in my room. I’ll always look for a studio 6 extended stay whenever I travel.
