The room was very comfortable and modern. The breakfast was very good. We were in town for a function for Bridge Credit Union and will stay here again.

"A clean, friendly stay with good staff, but ongoing communication issues and design choices that didn’t justify the pric"

-The staff on site were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. -The room was clean, and the property overall felt well maintained. -A couple of minor room issues came up, but they were addressed quickly. -The general manager followed up with a very kind and professional email once I reached out, and the billing issue was ultimately resolved.

-Communication was the main issue during my stay. I was double-charged and had to discover the error myself. Attempts to reach the hotel during travel layovers went unanswered, despite being told someone would call me back. -There were a few other moments where communication felt lacking, which was frustrating, especially while traveling internationally. -There is no coffee or tea in the room; you have to go downstairs for it. There are no closets just a few hooks on the wall. -While the hotel presents as upscale, the experience felt more like innovation for innovation’s sake rather than being designed with guest comfort in mind. For the price, the layout and amenities left something to be desired.
