Employes were 10 outta 10 . So helpful and pleasant. The room was small but bed was very comfortable. I have told everyone how every single person went above to help. The breakfast was good and Crystal offered to heat if not warm. She actually made my pancakes. Wish I could remember all their names. The shuttle was fast to arrive and the gentelman driving so pleasant. Loaded our luggage and unloaded by our car. I am happy to give review and give highest rateing. Definitely will stay again and we parked our car while traveling which was easy to register.

Clean everywhere else bt my bed

Yes the sheets were sandy doesn't seem they were changed. Pillows smelled dirty as well I address this issue at the front desk

"Tru saved a potential disaster!"

I was left without a room at a hotel where my reservation was originally made and literally walked out of that dump not knowing if I would have to sleep in my car. There was a Tru by Hilton hotel across the street so I walked in without a reservation and inquired about a room for the night. I was greeted by Lydia, and my experience just went uphill from there! She is amazing, with a great personality and super friendly! I had never stayed in a Tru hotel before, but I will definitely be doing so in the future! I am so grateful that Lydia saved the day for me! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone thanks to her!!!
