El hotel es limpio, acogible, buenas rutas de acceso. No me gustó que te piden un depósito que no se mensiona al pagar, pagas y luego te cobran y si no lo das no te dan llave y no puedes cancelar. El minisplit tiraba agua y me dieron un trapeador para que yo limpiará, además que se mojaron mis tenis y casi me caigo con el charco de agua.

Me cancelaron mi reservación y dijeron expedía la había cancelado, no recibí notificación de expedía sobre la cancelación así es que concluyó ellos vendieron mi reservación. No dieron informes, ni ayudaron, era un fin de semana feriado.
