"Bad experience "

4.0

For starters, the room was super cold. Too much outside noise. Called the front desk to assist and the person with little or no experience adjusted the air and turned off the unit. Could not was able to sleep. Wen to the front desk and asked to change room which they did. Still, too much outside noise and room next door. Ot enough parking

This hotel was everything you need while on vacation. There is everything you need for day and night time fun! All the amenities were just what was needed while on vacation. Swimming pools, cabanas, billiard tables, arcade for kids, restaurants, casino and rooftop fun!

The temperature in our room was either very cold or warm asked if the temperature settings could be adjusted and three different people came and couldn’t fix it
