The hotel is at a convenient location close to the highway. I have stayed here before and notice the property is lacking proper maintenance. Some outlets in my room were loose. They would nearly come out if you tried to plug something in. I had a situation with the toilet not flushing. Our towels were literally shredding and looking yellowish. These are all regular maintenance and normal wear items. This is an otherwise nice hotel, (also expensive) if these things are left unnatended it will not be worth a next stay.

La estancia fue una espectacular lo unico que me molesto un poco fue el estacionamiento, cuando hay actividades se llena demasiado y no quedan estacionamientos para los que nos estamos hospedando en el hotel lo cual encuentro un poco injusto.

What I did not like was the intense and loud music in the lobby. The elevators were very slow, too many people waiting to get in. The air conditioning in the bedroom was too cold . We requested the front staff to fix it and switch to a higher grade with no success. We left in the morning without having breakfast. Too bad because the room was confortable and well furnished.Front staff was excellent. Crowded with students.
