Great staff, very helpful. Room was clean, food was good!

When I arrived at the room I had to call the reception to send someone to come and adjust the temperature because it was like a freezer in the room. The thermostat is difficult to adjust. Then I called for someone to come and turn on the TV because you need a tech to turn it on. And then it only had very few channels. The last day in the morning when departing I had to call the reception again to send someone to unlock the safety box which was not working. The room walls are so thin you hear the other people in their rooms.

Gave 4 stars in some because of the parking issue and 1 elevator always out of service. Everything else was excellent service.

Property doesn’t have good appearance. Filthy, staffs are neglected cleaning around. Room services sucks, my request never came in. Paid for a very very room and paid more than $500 for a room I should have pay less than $200. I feel that Expedia and The Loft robbed me
