Towels very used. Halls dark and noisy. Thermostat only control by staff. Too cold when arrived. Then they changed temperature. Day ok but at night was hot to sleep needed to constantly notified front desk. Very inconvenient.

La primera noche hubo una actividad muy ruidosa hasta la madrugada y los inquilinos del cuarto de al lado estuvieron alborotando hasta después de medianoche y no hubo seguridad que pudiera orden. Nunca pudimos ver los canales locales en la TV a pesar de llamar tres veces a front desk

El hotel es muy bonito pero debe de mejorar en mochas areas.

Cuarto excelente, pero mucho ruido AM en el pasillo de los empleados de limpieza

Demasiado ruido en las noches , la música y lo cercano a la avenida te hacen casi imposible dormir

The best part of this hotel is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a good layout. Loved the dinette. The bed was very comfy. The only con about the room is that you can hear your neighbors, maybe the walls are very thin. We also enjoyed having a lot of options for food and the convenience of the snack bar, open 24/7. Orale and Hard Rock Cafe have great food. We also enjoyed the live music at Hard Rock Cafe. The gym needs to be updated. The equipment is very old and rusty and there is no cardio equipment. All in all we enjoyed our two day stay very much!
