Booked a 4 bed dorm but our group ended up in a 6 bed dorm without being told. Disgustingly dirty. One toilet didn’t flush. The light bulb was out in the other. Floors and walls of toilet and hand basin were dirty. No grill over the shower outflow. No curtain on the shower so clothes got wet. The shower didn’t drain so filled up quickly to overflow into the bathroom.

Toilets were clogged. Got locked out of the room by my roommate.

The only good thing about this property is its location. It is a short walk from town centre - so quieter - plus it has great views.

One of 2 shared toilets did not flush. One of two shared showers did not drain properly. The kitchen has not been cleaned in a very long time. No cloths for wiping surfaces. Sponges and brushes were filthy. The bin was not emptied in 3 days. Food has been left behind without a sign saying it can be used. Blankets on the beds need washing. No towels were provided. No bath mats were provided and without shower curtains the floors were wet and slippery. The garden was overgrown and neglected.
