Please note that there is a 3.15% surcharge when all payments made through Visa card, Master card, and American Express using tap mode (including debit card). There is no surcharge on payments made using debit cards inserted or swiped at the POS machine & also no surcharge on payments made using EFTPOS cards. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Lakeside Backpackers in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this Lakeside Backpackers has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Guests under the age of 18 years old can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Guests must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
