Nothing at all

This was our worst place we stayed in these 5 weeks of travelling through the country. I know that in a place like queenstown you can get away with a lot because people want to be in queenstown anyway, but this was really bad. We were welcomed by a guy who was absolutely not friendly, didnt care about us, only about leaving in time. The room we booked we did not get so from a 4 bunk we were separated and 1 was put in the 4 bunk and the other 2 in the 6 bunk. So we asked how that was possible and he was like 'if you want to cancel then do it right now, I am leaving in 10 minutes.' Well there is not much you can do so last minute in high season so we stayed. The kitchen was disgusting, mold in the window frames, super dirty windows, uncomfortable beds, I didnt even have a duvet, only a kind of carpet to cover me with. Absolutely terrible.

46 steps to carry our bags up. No electric jug in kitchen. Fridge half full of expired mouldy food. Broken chair in lounge. No flyscreens

Instalaciones pésimas, tienen parking pero solo para los que pagan por los apartamentos, las habitaciones pequeñas y sin intimidad, la cocina un asco, sucia, pequeña y poco almacenamiento, las duchas rebosaban el agua fuera cuando te duchabas, un mismo baño para todos. Estuve en una habitación con otro huésped que dejaba las cortinas abiertas por la noche, colgaba sus calcetines sucios y toallas del radiador, tenía todo el suelo lleno de mierda, hacía ruido y en general no respetaba nada. Pedí un reembolso de una misera noche y ni si quiera se dignaron a responderme. No lo recomiendo en absoluto ni por el precio que tiene. Merece más la pena pagar un poco más que meterte ahí.

二段ベッドの上段だったが柵がないため危ないと感じた。 プライバシーもない。 ベッドの近くに電源がないため不便。 シャワールーム、トイレ、洗面台が全て一緒になっているため、女性は特に使いにくく感じた。
