鶴岡八幡宮の目の前、一階や近くに美味しい食事のできるお店も揃っており立派が最高です。お部屋も非常に綺麗でホスタビリティの高さを感じました。 鎌倉まつりに合わせて利用させていただきました。窓から行列巡行が見えたり、夜や早朝の鶴岡八幡宮を気軽に訪れる事もできました。

チェックイン方法を事前によく調べておかないと戸惑うかと思います。前の2組がチェックインで詰まっていました。 スムーズなチェックインに事前登録は必須かと思われます。少しネットなどに慣れていれば簡単ですが、慣れていない方はストレスに感じるかも知れません。

The hotel and location is wonderful, clean facilities and nice overall

The checkin process is abysmal. I waited behind someone struggling with the process, and then spent ten minutes typing in my info and figuring out how to check in. They wanted me to imput my american address with the japanese keyboard on the screen, and the process requires staff to be called anyways. I already sent them my passport and info so I am frustrated the process was like this. I ended up having to take a live photo of my passport and hand typing my passport number into the system while a group waited in line behind me while I figured it out. The tablet is pointless if you have to involve staff over a call anyways, just have a checkin counter and a person there. I love contactless checkins but this was too frustrating to give the hotel a good review. It should not take as long as it did or be as frustrating as it was.

C'est un accueil sans personnel et on a eu des problèmes pour le check-in... On a dû téléphoner pour obtenir de l'aide.

Great location and nice clean room with simple amenities and toiletries.

Nothing that we didn't like as it served the purpose of our need but something to be aware off is that the entire check in process is automated. There is no concierge desk to speak to anyone. So if you want an early check in you have to do this 24hrs in advance by chatting to the hotel team to give them notice otherwise it's a hard deadline that you can only check in after 3pm as that is when the check-in tablet starts working. When we went to check in there was an issue with the check in tablet however the hotel had emailed us a couple of minutes before the check in with updated instructions so it was easy for us but there were a few couples behind us who were struggling to check-in with the broken tablet.

non c'è personale tutto on line se non sei avvezzo alla tecnologia può risultare un pò difficoltoso fare il check in con l'ipad all'entrata, fondamentale riempire il form che ti viene mandato nella chat di booking perchè completato quello ti verrà rilasciato il numero della camera e il codice per fare il check in
