Property was filthy. Reserved a non-smoking room with 2 beds. Was put in two separate rooms that both smelled of cigarettes. Friends went to Love’s and paid for a shower instead of using the one in their room. They also slept in their car because their room was so nasty. They did not want to lie on that bed. Unsafe to walk around as there were loose screws and nails and other debris all over the walkway. Check in was at 1 but no one was in the lobby for a long time. Other guests stomping around and loudly arguing around 2am, one was banging on my door and jiggling the handle trying to get in. Luckily there was a chain to hold the door closed.

Nothing.

DO NOT BOOK HERE Booked a room in the morning but when I got there late at night I was met with "we are fully booked" on the closed doors. They had the whole day to call me, message me or cancel my reservation, but no. Nothing. How does this even happen? I called costumer support with a lady with a robotic voice answering me. She couldn't tell me anything about a refund or anything like it. Still haven't gotten a refund. I just think staff was lazy and booked it up and went home. The sign on the door even looked old, like it's been there for a while.

Very old and totally worn out “rehab” property with fancy advertising in worst-ever location. Unsafe in my opinion.

Nothing didnt even stay there the first day it was that bad

Never got my room cause hotel had issues with the sewer, but I still was charged for it, refund was refused.

Very rude

I did not get to stay. Im traveling to see my dying mother. I tried to check in and was told a soccer team came and there were no rooms. I had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. My wife had to call and go through a lengthy process to try to get a refund, very very frustrating

Terrible experience, a very dirty place, I didn't even finish the night, I could only stay for about three hours, I had to go elsewhere, the dirty room smelled of cigarettes, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was terrible, it had no towels. In short, a dirty place with a homeless inhabitant.
