This hotel is very well located. Only a few minutes away from the arcade shopping street and also very close to Canal city. There also a lot of small very nice restaurant near the hotel. The subway line goes directly to Hakata station where the trains and buses depart from. The staff was very helpful as well. There is also 2 wash machines/dryers if needed.

Room size was on the small side but still decent and allows to open your suitcase. The only thing which, from my point of view needs some changes, is the carpet in the room. It has seen better days.
