飯店早餐很好吃，可以吃到當地特色食物，CP值很高。 櫃檯服務人員很親切，有中英韓文的櫃檯服務人員，減輕對語言不通的負擔，對旅程很有幫助。

Kamer was erg warm, airco kon het niet bij houden. De matrassen waren te hard, waardoor slapen niet goed lukte.

Room too small

部屋が綺麗でした。2人で一部屋(ダブル)利用でしたが構造的に大きなサイズのキャリーケースを2つ以上開けるスペースが無かったので注意かもしれません。今回あまり使いませんでしたがベッドの正面少し上部にテレビが設置されていて横になって見やすそうでした。 部屋の装飾で提灯が可愛かったのと、大浴場を出たところにフリーアイスがあり美味しかったです。

全体的にもう少し従業員の方の笑顔が見れたらなあ、と思いました。繁忙期に利用したので、贅沢だとは思いますが…。

If you love onsen, the public bath onsen is one reason to stay here which is rare to find in other hotels. They have welcome drinks to choose from via small bar that is available 24hrs. The breakfast service crew was very accommodating.

The room was a bit small. There's not much space for your luggage. The private bath inside the room has a weird smell. Wish they could use some air freshener to lessen the bad odor. The staff at the front desk is less accomodating when it comes to greeting the guest. Looks like they are tired of their job. The room rate is a bit pricey and upon check in, they ask for additional fee if you are a residence in Japan of another prefecture.
