With other members of my family, we took two rooms (402 and 511). The only purpose of our stay at this hotel was to get to the airport early, as we had an early flight and had to complete some paperwork related to my grandchildren's trip. On the night of our stay, we had dinner at the hotel and then asked the desk attendant to wake us up at 3:00 a.m. She said yes, and we all went to our rooms. We took the precaution of taking a photo of the note in the logbook. When the appointed time for the wake-up call arrived, no one did so. Neither to room #402 nor to room #511. Only by providence did we wake up and realize the serious irregularity. When we went down to the hotel lobby and asked why the calls had not been made, the person who said that she was in charge of the reception (Ms. Alexa) simply replied that she had “forgotten.” In our opinion, she was most likely asleep or distracted by some other minor activity. I want to make it clear that Ms. Alexa's recklessness seriously jeopardized the continuation of our trip and, considering the time we were traveling and the prevailing conditions in the area, even posed a great risk to our personal security. It is important to mention that, after this incident, I tried to contact the hotel manager (Ms. K.Z.) by email on several occasions and never received an answer.

I booked this hotel room several days in advance of my stay through Booking.com. The website listed this property as a pet friendly location. The hotel looked clean and luxurious upon entry. The valets and front door gentlemen were very friendly.

When my 83-year-old mother and I arrived (with our documented and registered) service dog at 10:30 PM after a long day of travel, the hotel staff rudely refused to let us stay, stating that despite having all documentation for my service dog, the policy at their hotel is NOT PET FRIENDLY. The staff inside was not friendly either. (They hesitated for a moment as I scrambled to ask them to help me find another place so late at night. They did decide to allow me to stay in the lobby out of the rain with my service dog and mother while i got on the phone to search for a location that would allow us to stay at the last minute.) I can respect an establishment's specific policies, but this hotel was listed on the website as Pet Friendly. Not only are they definitely not pet friendly, but they even denied me a stay with a documented service animal.

El internet es PESIMO, fui por trabajo y el Wifi no sirvió, tuve que conectarme con mi teléfono para hacer mi trabajo. La comida del restaurante no es muy buena, le falta sazón y es muy caro , mejor comer fuera por ese precio y mejor calidad. No me pudieron hacer mi factura oportunamente y cuando se hizo no indicaba los días de estadía reales, solamente el total del pago como si hubiera ingresado y salido el mismo día.

Gael at the pool bar spoke very good English and made great drinks! Other staff very friendly and helpful.

Walked out of restaurant because we sat there for 10 minutes with no water even though there were plenty standing around.
