Apartamento Completo Plaza España

Fantastic location in the Old Town. Lovely cafe/bar across the road. 5 minutes walk to both the beach and a very good Mercadona Supermarket. Was worried about checking in late (after midnight) but after registering online, was sent clear details to access apartment. The apartment itself is on the first floor and was large, spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms, all with comfortable beds. Each bedroom had either a wardrobe or hanging space for clothes plus drawers and bedside cabinet. Kitchen was basic but functional with big fridge/freezer, kettle and microwave plus oven and hob. A few teas/coffees were provided. The bathroom had a big double shower which had decent pressure. There was air-con in each of the 3 bedrooms plus the lounge but as it wasn't really hot we didn't use it. The lounge had a double sofabed which we didn't use plus a TV and small dining table and chairs. Sliding patio doors led onto a wrap-around balcony which looked over a lovely small park on the opposite corner. There was a few chairs and a retractable clothes dryer on the balcony too. A very pleasant place for a morning coffee and watch the world go by.

The bathroom ceiling above the shower could do with a re-paint and the hand wash provided was virtually empty but very minor issues.

Las toallas

Todo mal las camas, havia un montón de cucarachas,no había papel higiénico ni champú ni gel de ducha,el aire acondicionado no iba bien y los filtros el aire acondicionado los tienen que limpiar

Nothing was spot on

Clean , spacious and comfortable in the ideal location on the edge of the Old Town .In a more residential area that is very quiet in the evening. Comfortable beds with basic furnishings but everything you need.Would recommend and return

Needs one or two minor repairs but this is just nitpicking really.

La ubicación

Al llegar al apartamento nos encontramos cucarachas por todo el apartamento y sobretodo encima de las camas y en los dormitorios, había suciedad por el suelo y moho en las paredes. Los aire acondicionado no funcionaban un par tenían los mandos rotos y estaban llenos de polvo y ácaros cosa que soy alérgico y no podía ni respirar. Espero que mejoren el sistema de limpieza y cumplan con el contrato en tema sanidad.

Nada

Está todo el apartamento sucio con pelos en el suelo las correas de las ventanas para subir y baja con mucha pero mucha suciedad ,tienes que dejar a alguien en la puerta con las maletas y tienes que recoger las llaves a 10 minutos desacuerdo total no vuelvo mas

El aire acondicionado y que estaba todo limpio

No había papel, ni artículos de aseo (jabón, champú) tampoco había cepillo de barrer ni fregona

El microondas no funcionaba , el horno tampoco , habían muchas hormigas
