Where to start. Horrible entrance, really felt unsafe, 2 vehicles outside being worked on, old couch outside by lobby, empty pallets stacked up by rooms, rooms looked like they hadn’t been updated since mid 70’s and Manager wanted me to pay $200 deposit for a 1 night stay. Pathetic

COLDER COZY ROOM FOR THE PRICE..GREAT DEAL..WOULD DEF VISIT AGAIN

There is no place to get ice or even offer any snacks that you can charge to your room or just purchase on the premises. They don’t offer her any shampoo, conditioner soaps are anything like that in the bathroom and it’s completely outdated. We had a no smoking room and the goats and pillowcases had cigarette burns on them so they don’t keep them separated per rooms.

The hotel is not far from Cumberland Gap, location of the rooms was Quiet and quite nice. Very Very clean. I'm scared of bedbugs: so I thoroughly check. Absolutely clear of them. Price is awesome For this clean, quiet hotel

Very bad I would not stay there again .charge 20.00 to let me in 1 hr early.when room was ready.bed pillow was bad.. very small.. smelled .wanted 100.00 deposit for non smoking room ..nothing for smoking room. I was in non smoking .never seen my deposit bank in my bank .. toilet seat was lose... sleep inn or holiday Inn is much better deal for the money ..stayed at both few times before. ..always clean and comfortable. No deposit.. always let us in early as long as room was ready..

It is located rite out of town hard access when coming back from town also could hear ppl walking moving around upstairs started wondering what they can here
